Four courses of action for sixty warheads

Force the fence and start a war with three founding allies. Burn the weapons in place. Sit still and call it leverage. Or sign Rutte's page. Hegseth recommends sitting still.

Watching Europe discover sanctions from the receiving end has been an education in tone.

For forty years we were told that restrictive measures are a neutral instrument of the rules-based order. Three weeks of being on the wrong side of a payment rail and suddenly the language is about sovereignty and coercion.

I am not enjoying this. I am simply noting that the vocabulary changed very fast.

Situation Room tonight. Four options for the vaults.

1. Shoot through the barricades and fly them out. Advised against — it means suppressing German and Dutch Patriots first, which is a war with three founding allies.
2. Command Disable. Burn the physics packages in place. Total denial, permanent loss.
3. Sit there and call it leverage. RECOMMENDED.
4. Sign Rutte's page and fly them home peacefully.

He picked 3. Option 4 is still on the table and costs nothing. It has been on the table for nine days.

In Brazil we have a saying that when two elephants fight, the grass suffers.

Nobody ever told us what happens when the elephant fights itself. We are all just standing in the field watching and quietly checking where the exits are.

Shop got a defence order today. Biggest in four years. Twelve of us going back on full hours.

I have wanted that for four years. I got it this way. I have not told my wife how I feel about it because I have not worked it out yet.
