0300 Eastern this morning, Wright-Patt and Fort Worth revoked ODIN access for five allied networks. UK, NL, IT, NO, DK. Telemetry, supply diagnostics, mission data files. All of it, at once, on purpose.

This was ordered. It is not an outage.

Section 1250A. General Counsel, Comptroller, and the JAGs have all declined to certify the disbursements. No certification, no fuel, no ordnance, no sailing.

The statute is working exactly as written. Watch what happens to the people enforcing it.

Rutte wrote to the President tonight. Personally. One page, one ask: written assurance that the weapons will not leave without consultation. Not custody. Not security. Consultation.

He said if it does not come he convenes the NPG and expects Article 4 within the week.

There is no reply being drafted. I have checked twice.

"I've seen a lot of letters this week."

He has seen one. It arrived last night, it is one page long, and it asks for consultation before the warheads move. Not custody. Consultation.

There is no reply being drafted. I have now checked three times.

Those weapons are American property, in American vaults, with American locks. Nobody needs a letter from me to understand who they belong to.

Situation Room tonight. Four options for the vaults.

1. Shoot through the barricades and fly them out. Advised against — it means suppressing German and Dutch Patriots first, which is a war with three founding allies.
2. Command Disable. Burn the physics packages in place. Total denial, permanent loss.
3. Sit there and call it leverage. RECOMMENDED.
4. Sign Rutte's page and fly them home peacefully.

He picked 3. Option 4 is still on the table and costs nothing. It has been on the table for nine days.

Two days ago he was handed two binders.

Binder one: how to take Iceland. Executable in 48 hours.
Binder two: why the United Kingdom cannot be taken. Nuclear deterrent, layered air defence, 68 million hostile people, 350,000 troops needed.

The recommendation attached to both was one sentence: make the Greenland–Iceland line the permanent boundary and stop.

He read binder one.

Four red-bordered binders went into the Situation Room this afternoon. 184 pages. *Albion Anvil*. The first American war plan against the British mainland since the founding of the republic.

Phase I: hunt the deterrent. DIA confidence 18–22%.
Phase II: suppress air defence. 65% of the global standoff missile inventory in twelve days.
Phase III: land 160,000 troops across 3,200 miles. Lose a quarter of the shipping. 40–60,000 casualties.

STRATCOM annex: 95% certainty of nuclear retaliation if a landing is attempted.

They briefed it, they warned against it, and they left it on the table.

There is one item left on the agenda.

24 February. Phase III staging report. Amphibious readiness, sealift convoy assembly, minefield interdiction, lodgment timetable.

Everything else in this record has already happened. That one has not been written yet.
